Abstract:
A washing machine according to the invention performs the washing operation while heating the washing liquid contained in a washing tank (9) by a heating element (17). In order to prevent the washing effect from lowering as the amount of foam produced in the washing tank (9) becomes excessive, the arrangement is such that the rotation mode of the washing tank (9) is changed according to a temperature region to which the temperature of the washing liquid belongs.
