Abstract:
A washing machine comprising a water tank and a washing tub thereinside to supply water to the washing tub via a water supply port having a detergent chamber and a finishing agent chamber thereinside. The main water supply valve of water supply valves is connected with the detergent chamber, and a sub-water supply valve with the finishing agent chamber. An ion elution unit, disposed between the main water supply valve and the water supply port, applies voltage between electrodes to elute the ions of electrode-constituting metals. The main water supply valve opens during a rinsing step, and the sub-water supply valve opens a specified time after metal ions as a first finishing material are charged into a rinsing water to charge a finishing agent as a second finishing material into a rinsing water.
