Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a washing machine having a tub, a screen provided inside the tub to support laundry, a nozzle assembly having a plurality of washing medium spraying nozzles arranged to spray washing medium toward the laundry and being movable, a driving unit configured to move the nozzle assembly, and a washing medium supply unit configured to supply the washing medium to the nozzle assembly. The washing machine may efficiently perform anhydrous washing when dry ice snow or liquefied nitrogen is used as a washing medium.
