Abstract:
A washing machine is disclosed. The disclosed washing machine comprises: a first housing; a second housing provided at the upper part of the first housing; a first tub covered by the first housing; a second tub covered by the second housing; a first detergent supply device provided so as to supply detergent to the first tub; and a second detergent supply device having a first supply assembly provided to supply detergent to the second tub by siphonage when washing water is supplied, wherein the first supply assembly includes a first valve device disposed on a detergent supply path through which the detergent moves toward the second tub, and provided so as to prevent backflow of the washing water by means of buoyancy.
