Abstract:
A washing machine of the present invention comprises: an outer tub in which water is contained and which is opened on the upper side thereof; an inner tub rotatably disposed about a vertical shaft in the outer tub; an outer tub cover disposed on the upper side of the outer tub and having an opening so as to feed laundry into the inner tub; a circulation pipe for guiding water discharged from the outer tub; a pump for delivering water along the circulation pipe; and an injector disposed in the outer tub cover so as to inject, into the inner tub, water guided through the circulation pipe, wherein the injector comprises: a guide pipe connected to the circulation pipe and forming a guide channel for guiding water supplied from the circulation pipe along the circumference of the opening; and a plurality of nozzles disposed along the guide channel so as to inject, into the inner tub, water supplied from the guide pipe.
