Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a washing machine comprising: a wash tub, the wash tub serving as a water container during washing; a balancing ring, disposed above the wash tub; and a sealing structure, configured to prevent water from overflowing from between the wash tub and the balancing ring. The wash tub of the present invention can increase washing capacity, and the sealing structure disposed between the wash tub and the balancing ring can prevent water from overflowing from therebetween, which over time may corrode the body of the washing machine or other components or cause a short circuit.
