Disclosed is a washing machine, relating to the technical field of washing machines, and aiming to solve the problem of the poor drying effect of an ultra-thin washing machine. The washing machine comprises a housing, wherein an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a drying assembly are arranged in the housing; a condensation cavity is formed between a rear wall of the inner cylinder and a rear wall of the outer cylinder; the drying assembly is installed on the housing; and the drying assembly comprises a heating air duct, and a fan and a heating device arranged in the heating air duct, with an air inlet of the heating air duct being in communication with an air outlet of the condensation cavity, and an air outlet of the heating air duct being in communication with an air inlet of the inner cylinder. Air in the inner cylinder is sucked, by the fan, into the condensation cavity for condensation, guided into the heating air duct, heated by the heating device, and sucked into the inner cylinder to form a circulation, so as to dry the laundry. An inner portion of a rear wall of the condensation cavity is recessed, at a position close to the air outlet of the condensation cavity, in a direction away from the inner cylinder in order to form an expansion cavity.
