Abstract:
Disclosed is a top-loading washing machine, wherein same prevents laundry in a washing and spin-drying tub from being damaged due to the friction generated by the rotation of a rotating wing during a washing process. The top-loading washing machine of the present invention is provided with an outer tub; a washing and spin-drying tub rotatably arranged inside the outer tub and used for accommodating laundry; a water pumping path arranged in the washing and spin-drying tub and used for pumping a detergent in the washing and spin-drying tub from the bottom of the washing and spin-drying tub, and enabling same to return to the washing and spin-drying tub; a discharge port for discharging the detergent into the washing and spin-drying tub from the water pumping path; a rotating wing arranged at the bottom of the washing and spin-drying tub, and used for stirring, via rotation, the laundry in the washing and spin-drying tub; a water pumping wing arranged between a bottom wall of the washing and spin-drying tub and the rotating wing, and used for feeding, via rotation, the detergent in the washing and spin-drying tub into the water pumping path from the bottom of the washing and spin-drying tub; a driving unit capable of independently driving the rotation of the washing and spin-drying tub, the rotating wing and the water pumping wing, respectively; and a control unit for controlling the driving unit.
