Abstract:
Disclosed are a washing method and a washing machine using the method, wherein the method comprises: acquiring a current water level, and when the current water level reaches a pre-set water level, starting washing; and during the washing process, controlling the rotation of an impeller at a certain rotation-stoppage ratio, wherein each rotation-stoppage period comprises a rotation time and a stoppage time, the rotation time in each rotation-stoppage period is less than the stoppage time, and the washing process comprises a washing programme washing process and a rinsing programme rinsing process.
