A washing tub assembly of a washing machine, and a washing machine. The washing tub assembly of the washing machine comprises: a large tub (110), a large tub pulsator (120), a small tub (130), a small tub pulsator (140), a first power output shaft (151), a second power output shaft (152), and a third power output shaft (153), wherein the large tub pulsator (120) is located within the large tub (110); the small tub (130) is provided on the large tub pulsator (120); the small tub pulsator (140) is located within the small tub (130); the first power output shaft (151) drives the large tub (110); the second power output shaft (152) is connected to the large tub pulsator (120), the second power output shaft (152) drives the large tub pulsator (120), and the large tub pulsator (120) drives the small tub (130); the third power output shaft (153) is connected to the small tub pulsator (140), and the third power output shaft (153) drives the small tub pulsator (140).
