Abstract:
A waste battery crushing and sorting method for direct recycling of a waste electrolyte, comprising the following steps: S1, feeding; S2, primary crushing; S3, primary sorting and electrolyte stoste recovery; S4, secondary crushing; S5, secondary sorting; S6, primary and secondary recovery; S7, solid-liquid separation; S8, filtrate processing; and S9, membrane filtration. A material stirring collecting process is adopted for replacing a ship scraper sedimentation conveying process, a conventional flocculant adding process is cancelled, positive ions in the electrolyte are removed, the waste electrolyte collected from lead-acid storage batteries serves as the whole system circulating water, no new water is used as a sorting medium, the collected electrolyte can be directly recycled after the positive ions in the collected electrolyte are removed by means of membrane treatment, no fresh water is used by adopting the process of the method, therefore, by providing the waste battery crushing and sorting method, generation of hazardous waste is greatly reduced, the production cost is lowered, and contamination to the environment is reduced.
