Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a waste edge collecting apparatus for an air jet loom. The waste edge collecting apparatus comprises an aa-shaped rack, wherein an electric motor is fixedly arranged on an inner side wall of a top end face of the rack; a bb-shaped bracket is fixedly arranged above an inner side wall of a left end face of the rack; and a shaft sleeve is fixedly arranged at the central position of an inner side wall of a top end face of the bracket. A worker winds and fixes one end of a waste edge on the shaft sleeve, at this time, the electric motor is powered on to drive a connecting rod to rotate, so as to wind the waste edge; and after winding of the waste edge is completed, the electric motor is powered off, at this time, the worker manually rotates the shaft sleeve, such that sliding grooves in two ends of an outer side wall of the shaft sleeve and sliding grooves in two sides of an outer side wall of the connecting rod are located in the same vertical plane, at this time, electric push rods are powered on, such that the electric push rods push link rods to slide downwards, at this time, the waste edge wound around the connecting rod falls downwards, and at this time, the worker manually takes off the waste edge on the connecting rod, thereby implementing a waste edge taking-out operation.
