Abstract:
Provided is a waste gas zero-emission material drying apparatus. The apparatus comprises a drying tank (1), a filter module (9), a cooling and dehumidifying module, and a heating module, connected end-to-end in sequence; the drying tank (1) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet is arranged to feed circulating gas in, and the exhaust port is arranged to expel the waste gas from the drying tank (1). The waste gas zero-emission material drying apparatus has a simple structure; by means of a series of treatments on the exhaust gas expelled from the drying tank (1), the gas is caused to become a circulating gas and is sent to the drying tank (1) for reuse; the filter module (9) is arranged to filter the exhaust gas expelled from the drying tank (1); the cooling and dehumidification module cools and dehumidifies the filtered exhaust gas; the heating module heats the exhaust gas after cooling and dehumidification into a circulating gas. The gas in the exhaust gas zero-emission material drying apparatus is no longer exchanged with the air of the external environment, and also no longer uses external-expulsion dehumidification means to perform dehumidification, thus the problem of environmental pollution caused by industrial production is solved.
