Abstract:
A waste gasification apparatus having improved efficiency comprises a base (1), a furnace (10), a feed compartment (16), a drying compartment (19), and a gas storage tank (26). The furnace (10) is provided above the base (1) at one side thereof. The gas storage tank (26) is provided above the base (1) at the other side thereof. A gasification compartment (20) is provided inside the base (1). The drying compartment (19) is provided above and in communication with the gasification compartment (20). A dry air compartment (3) is provided at an inner side of the furnace (10) away from the gas storage tank (26). A gas detection compartment (21) is provided at an inner side of the furnace (10) close to the gas storage tank (26). A gas outlet pipe (2) is installed at a bottom portion of the furnace (10). The gas outlet pipe (2) is in communication with the gas detection compartment (21). A rotary motor (30) is installed at one end of the feed compartment (16). A first rotary shaft (14) is installed at an output end of the rotary motor (30). A distribution roller (13) is installed at the first rotary shaft (14). Two servo motors (31) are installed above one end of the furnace (10) close to the rotary motor (30). A second rotary shaft (17) is installed at each of output ends of the servo motors (31). Each of the second rotary shafts (17) is provided with a grinding roller (11). Teeth (12) are uniformly arranged at an outer side of the grinding roller (11). The grinding roller can grind large solid waste, thereby increasing a surface area of the solid waste to facilitate gasification while more uniformly drying the solid waste.
