Abstract:
A waste incineration boiler superheater system. A water-cooled partition screen (1.6) is disposed inside a hearth (1.5). The water-cooled partition screen (1.6) divides the hearth (1.5) laterally into two parts: a front hearth (1.5A) and a rear hearth (1.5B). The flow of flue gas generated in a drying section (1.21) and a pyrolysis section (1.22) of an incineration boiler is restricted to the front hearth (1.5A). The flow of high-temperature post-flue gas generated in a combustion section (1.23) and a burnout section (1.24) is restricted to the rear hearth (1.5B). A tertiary superheater (3.2) is provided in the rear hearth (1.5B) in advance to further raise the heating temperature of the tertiary superheater (3.2). A front secondary superheater (3.3) is also provided in a horizontal flue (2.2), and is disposed before a secondary superheater (3.3), so as to comprehensively increase the efficiency of a boiler without subjecting a high-temperature heating surface of the boiler to severe corrosion.
