Abstract:
A waste paper dry pulp production line, comprising a bale slicing machine (s1), a first pulping unit (s2), a centrifugal paper-plastic separator (s3), a cyclone spraying tower (s4), a second pulping unit (s5) and a roller paper-plastic separator (s6). The bale slicing machine (s1) slices a waste paper bale; the sliced waste paper is conveyed to the first pulping unit (s2) for crushing and pulping; the crushed waste paper is conveyed into the centrifugal paper-plastic separator (s3) for paper-plastic separation processing; separated dust enters the cyclone spraying tower (s4) through a cyclone hopper (10) for spraying-based dust removal processing, so as to avoid environmental pollution caused by the direct discharge of the dust; separated paper pieces with an adhesive enter the second pulping unit (d5) for continuous deep pulping processing; the deeply-pulped material is conveyed into the roller paper-plastic separator (s6) for further paper-plastic separation; the separated waste paper pulp is further separated from fine plastic pieces mixed in the pulp by means of a cyclone paper-plastic separator (s7); and the separated paper pulp and the waste paper pulp separated from the centrifugal paper-plastic separator (s3) are conveyed to a subsequent production section.
