Abstract:
A watch band and a watch. The watch band comprises a watch band body (1), a watch buckle (3) being provided at one end of the watch band body (1); the watch band body (1) can be provided in a stacked manner and connected to the rest of the watch band body (1) by means of the watch buckle (3); a clamping chamber (301) for clamping the watch band body (1) and an elastic compressing member (306) for compressing the watch band body (1) in the clamping chamber (301) are formed in the watch buckle (3); and a side face of the watch buckle (3) is provided with an insertion opening (302) which allows the watch band body (1) to be inserted into the clamping chamber (301). The watch comprises a watch face and the watch band connected to the watch face.
