A watch without a bottom cover, comprising a watch structure body (1) directly and integrally cast with a bottom (1-1), a machine fixing groove (1-2) and a watch case (1-3); the machine fixing groove (1-2) in the watch structure body (1) has a watch movement (2) installed therein; the watch case (1-3) of the watch structure body (1) is connected to a watch glass (3). Also provided is a process of manufacturing a watch without a bottom cover. The watch without a bottom cover has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture and has a simple process, can effectively reduce the possibility of water seepage, and improve watch quality. The watch without a bottom cover has high structural strength to realize making of the watch case from high purity gold. In addition, the watch face is inlaid with ornaments such as jewels, thus being aesthetically pleasing and satisfying the needs for wearing a gold watch.
