Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to accurately determine the situation of a subject to be watched over. A watching server device 11 receives, from cell-shaped communication apparatuses 23 mounted in cell-powered apparatuses 25 used in the home of a person to be watched over, operation data indicating that the cell-powered apparatuses 25 were operated, determines living activities of the subject on the basis of the combination and order of cell-shaped communication apparatuses that have been operated among the cell-shaped communication apparatuses, and sends data about the determined living activities to a portable type information processing terminal 29 owned by a close relative, such as a member of the family, of the subject to be watched over.
