WATER-CONSERVING MINING METHOD EMPLOYING SEGMENTED GROUT CURTAIN FOR AQUIFER

A water-conserving mining method employing a segmented grout curtain for an aquifer. An aquifer (4) and a coal seam are comprised. The method comprises the following steps: a, acquiring basic geological parameters, performing mining engineering design, and determining the direction of a groundwater flow (6), and the position and size of a first mining region grout curtain (1w); b, prefabricating the first mining region grout curtain (1w) in the aquifer (4) above a first protection coal pillar (1b) in an upstream direction of the water flow, and performing normal extraction in a first mining region (1) until extraction is complete; c, prefabricating a second mining region grout curtain (2w) in the aquifer (4) and extracting until extraction is complete; d, removing the first mining region grout curtain (1w) by recovering the first protection coal pillar (1b) or performing mining in a second mining region (2); and e, processing a second protection coal pillar (2b) and the second mining region grout curtain (2w) by means of steps b, c, and d, and so forth, until the entire coal seam has been completely mined. In the mining method, water-conserving mining is achieved by constructing a curtain, and a grout curtain is automatically removed, thereby preventing the curtain from cutting off water supply for a long time and impacting surface ecology.
