Abstract:
A water-cooled condenser with storage for low-temperature parallel units, comprising a condenser (2), one end of which is installed with fixing plates (3) at four corners; a condenser pipe (6) is installed at the inner part of the condenser (2); one end of the condenser pipe (6) is connected to an inlet (5), and the other end of the condenser pipe (6) is connected to an outlet (4); the condenser pipe (6) and the outlet (4) are penetratively inserted into the condenser (2); one side of the condenser (2) is connected to a water cooling mechanism (1); the water cooling mechanism (1) comprises a cold water inlet pipe (7), a cold water circulation tank (8), a connecting pipe (9) and a cooling pipe (10); a cold water tank (11) is provided above the inner part of the cold water circulation tank (8); a circulation adjustment tank (14) is provided below the inner part of the cold water circulation tank (8); the cold water inlet pipe (7) is installed at the upper end of the cold water circulation tank (8), and a water outlet pipe (13) is installed at the bottom end of the cold water circulation tank (8); and the cold water inlet pipe (7) and the water outlet pipe (13) communicate with the cold water tank (11) and the circulation adjustment tank (14) respectively. During use, water cooling may be used to perform a rapid cooling treatment.
