Abstract:
A small wave power generator 3 comprising a power generator 8 and a floating body 6, which is a wave energy receiving device, is attached to a life jacket 13 or a lifesaving floating ring 1, and a light-emitting device 4 and a signal emitting device are activated. Accordingly, the position of a victim can be precisely found with a light or a signal regardless of the time of the disaster or the visual conditions, even when taking into account the fact that a victim during a disaster does not necessarily carry a conventional light-emitting device for water disaster lifesaving used in night-time disasters, or the fact that when a battery or the like, which encounters difficulties in long-term use, is used as the power source for light emission, a device is rendered useless when a disaster is protracted.
