Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a water-free deslimer for clay-containing blocks, comprising a frame, wherein a desliming tank is provided on the frame, a feed inlet is connected to the desliming tank from the rear upper part of the desliming tank, and a discharge outlet is provided at the front lower part of the desliming tank; a material turnover device is provided in the desliming tank, and a soil scraping roller set is provided below the material turnover device and adjacent to the material turnover device; a power device for turning material and a power device for scraping soil are provided on the frame, and the power device for turning material drives the material turnover device by means of a transmission mechanism for turning material; the power device for scraping soil drives the soil scraping roller set by means of a transmission mechanism for scraping soil; and the space between the soil scraping roller set and the ground accommodates fallen soil. In the present invention, there is no need to dry, no need to wash, and no need to transport block materials out of a mine site, thereby increasing the separation efficiency, reducing the energy consumption and the separation cost, greatly reducing negative effects brought by the separation on environmental protection, having the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency for companies, and having positive environmental protection significance for the society, such as preventing soil depletion in the mine site and protecting the environment.
