A water heater water discharge control method, comprising the following steps: acquiring identity identification data; extracting from stored data an identity authentication identifier matching the identity identification data and working parameters corresponding to the identity authentication identifier, the stored data comprising identity authentication identifiers and working parameters, and the identity authentication identifiers and working parameters having a present binding relationship; and controlling the water heater to discharge water on the basis of the working parameters. Also provided are a water heater water discharge control apparatus, a computer readable storage medium, a water heater water discharge control device, and a water heater system. The water heater can be controlled to operate according to the working parameters corresponding to the identity authentication identifier matching the identity identification data, so that the water heater meets the needs of different users; the scope of application is wide and use is convenient.
