Abstract:
A water jet cutting material, a water jet cutting head capable of reducing water diffusion and improving the cutting efficiency of a water jet cutter and a method for using same. The water jet cutting head comprises a water inlet tube (1), a cavity (2), a spraying nozzle (3), and an additive side tube (4); the water inlet tube (1) is communicated with the cavity (2), and the cavity (2) is communicated with the spraying nozzle (3); the additive side tube (4) is communicated with the cavity (2), and an included angle between the axis of the additive side tube (4) and the axis of the cavity (2) is an acute angle; an additive made of one of glycerin, a glycerin aqueous solution, propylene glycol, a propylene glycol aqueous solution, a sucrose solution, and a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution is added in the additive side tube (4).
