Abstract:

The present invention provides a water repellent oil repellent agent composition which enables the achievement of an article that has excellent water repellency and excellent durability of the water repellency.　A water repellent oil repellent agent composition which contains a fluorine-containing polymer that has a unit based on a fluorine-containing olefin represented by formula (1) CH2=CH-Rf (wherein Rf represents a perfluoroalkyl group having from 1 to 8 carbon atoms), a unit based on a carboxylic acid vinyl having an alkyl group with 12 or more carbon atoms, and a unit based of a halogenated olefin other than the fluorine-containing olefin or a derivative of the halogenated olefin, wherein the ratio of the unit based on a fluorine-containing olefin is from 15% by mole to 35% by mole, the ratio of the unit based on a carboxylic acid vinyl is from 30% by mole to 60% by mole, and the ratio of the unit based on a halogenated olefin or a derivative thereof is from 5% by mole to 55% by mole, respectively relative to all units of the fluorine-containing polymer.
