Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a water-soluble film with which package deformation while in storage is small while superior solubility in water is maintained, and which can inhibit the occurrence of tearing etc.; a method of manufacturing the same; and a package using the water-soluble film. [Solution] This water-soluble film contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin. When a 1H pulse NMR measurement of the water-soluble film is performed in heavy methanol, the crystal component amount (A1) found from a spin-spin relaxation curve obtained from the measurement is 60% or less, and a restricted amorphous component amount (A2) is 10-50%. The ratio (A1/A2) of the crystal component amount (A1) and the restricted amorphous component amount (A2) is preferably 0.1-5.
