Abstract:
A water treatment device integrating cyclone separation and honeycomb filtration and precipitation comprises a barrel (1), a water input tube (2), and a water discharging tube (3). The barrel (1) comprises an upper barrel (11) and a lower barrel (12) vertically communicating with each other. The upper barrel (11) is cylindrical, and the interior thereof is divided into an outer cavity and an inner cavity. The inner cavity is concentrically nested in the outer cavity. The inner cavity is fixedly connected to the outer cavity by means of multiple welding connecting members (20). A honeycomb filter core (15) is additionally mounted in the inner cavity. The lower barrel (12) is a conical precipitation cavity (16). An upper end of the water input tube (2) is connected to an upper left segment of the barrel (1), and tangentially communicates with a mixing cavity (13). A lower end of the water input tube (2) is connected to an external wastewater source by means of a water pump (10). A static mixer (21) is provided in the water input tube (2). Two liquid chemical storage tanks (4) are provided, and respectively communicate with the water input tube (2) by means of tubes. Ports for connecting the two liquid chemical storage tanks (4) to the water input tube (2) are respectively provided on two sides of the static mixer (21). An upper end of the water discharging tube (3) is perpendicularly connected to an upper right segment of the barrel (1), and the water discharging tube (3) communicates with a precipitation and filtration cavity (14). The device has a simple structure, integrates cyclone separation and cellular filtration and precipitation, and has a good precipitation and filtration effect.
