Abstract:
A water vapor flow control structure comprises a carbide particle layer, and a first and a second moisture permeable sheet that sandwich the carbide particle layer therebetween. The diameters of the carbide particles in the carbide particle layer are larger than diameters of the holes in the first and second moisture permeable sheets. Thus, the carbide particles in the carbide particle layer are held by the first and second moisture permeable sheets without leaking.
