Abstract:
A water wall tube having an abrasion-resistant heating surface (100) is composed of a water wall tube (1) and an abrasion-resistant layer including a welding layer (11) and a wear-resistant tile (4). Metallurgical bonding is provided between the surface of the wear-resistant tile and the outer surface of the welding layer and between the heating surface of the water wall tube and the inner surface of the welding layer, and there is no gap between the wear-resistant tile and the heating surface of the water wall tube. The present invention also relates to a preparation method for a water wall tube having an abrasion-resistant heating surface. Said method is based on an aluminum brazing method, and has simple operation process and equipment, fast processing speed, and a low production cost; and the prepared abrasion-resistant water wall tube has a high heat exchange efficiency, greatly improving the bonding strength between the wear-resistant tile and the water wall tube, and prolonging the service life of the abrasion-resistant layer. The present invention also relates to use of a water wall tube, the water wall tube having an abrasion-resistant heating surface serving to prepare a water wall of a boiler, being helpful for reducing the frequency of maintenance of the water wall and the operation cost of the boiler, and improving the economic benefits of an enterprise.
