Abstract:
Disclosed is a waterproof coating defoaming method based on water-gas separation. The waterproof coating defoaming method comprises: step 1: preprocessing a base layer; step 2: applying an adhesive on a surface of the base layer to form an adhesive layer; step 3: applying a separator on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a defoaming layer; and step 4: applying a waterproof coating on the surface of the defoaming layer to form a first waterproofing layer. The beneficial effects obtained by the present invention are: when applying a high-temperature waterproof coating, the defoaming layer blocks moisture in the base layer from entering the waterproof layer, such that there are almost no penetrating air bubbles in the waterproof layer, the defoaming rate reaches 90-100%, the adhesive layer ensures adhesion strength between the defoaming layer and the base layer, integrity is excellent, and waterproof and anti-corrosion performance of the first waterproof layer is ensured; the present invention is suitable for base layers of various porous structures and has a wide range of applications; and the defoaming layer can enhance the structural strength between the first waterproof layer and the adhesive layer.
