The present disclosure provides a waterproof pushbutton switch structure and a mobile terminal. The waterproof pushbutton switch structure comprises a structure body, a pushbutton provided on the structure body and sliding along the structure body, and a force transferring mechanism having a waterproof structure and being disposed within the structure body and connected to the pushbutton; and a circuit board assembly disposed within the structure body and connected to the force transferring mechanism, wherein when the pushbutton slides on the structure body from a first preset position to a second preset position, the force transferring mechanism drives the circuit of the circuit board assembly to be conducted; when the pushbutton slides on the structure body from the second preset position to the first preset position, the force transferring mechanism drives the circuit of the circuit board assembly to be cut off. With the pushbutton switch structure, an operator can know whether the switch is in the on state or the off state by observing the pushbutton position; by means of the waterproof structure provided on the force transferring structure, the function to prevent water or other liquid into the internal portion of the structure body is achieved.
