Abstract:

Provided is a waterproof structure with which a gasket can be positioned easily. The waterproof structure of one embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a first frame (1) in which a groove part (11) is formed, a gasket (3) arranged in the groove part (11), and second frame (2) that presses in the gasket (3) and, with the first frame (1), forms a sealed space. The gasket (3) has a bent part (32), and when not pressed in by the second frame (2), the contact point (P) between the tip of the bent part (32) and the groove bottom (18) of the first frame (1) is arranged more toward the direction of bending of the bent part (32), from the line (N) which passes through the bending point (O) of the bent part (32) and is approximately orthogonal to the plane of contact between the gasket (3) and the second frame (2). The groove part (11) has a guide part (16) that guides the tip of the bent part (32) to a prescribed position on the groove bottom (18) of the first frame (1).
