Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waterproof-type interior material and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention forms a waterproof reinforcing layer and a waterproof finishing layer from impregnated kraft paper and impregnated tissue, impregnated with a waterproof resin, thereby improving the waterproofing properties, and reduces manufacturing processes by thermo-compressing the layers with each other without using a separate adhesive, thereby improving productivity. At least one sheet of the impregnated kraft paper is deposited so as to form the waterproof reinforcing layer with a sufficient thickness which can cover and finish the eyes of a plate material, surface defects and tunnels, etc. Accordingly, when implementing the waterproof-type interior material, it is possible to more freely select one among plate materials with water content of 15% or less, thereby reducing the cost of purchasing materials, and it is possible to remove a process of mixing an adhesive with powder and applying the adhesive, or a relatively high-priced tissue paper press process for filling the eyes of a plate material, surface defects or tunnels, etc., thereby lowering the costs for manufacturing a waterproof-type interior material, and improving productivity thereof.
