Abstract:
The present invention discloses a waterproofing treatment process for washing a material comprising apocynum and cotton fibers. The process comprises the following steps: Step A, then material preparation, twill pretreatment, dye fading, dying, and coating, followed by enzyme-based washing which comprises: (1) an enzyme treatment stage: placing a combined test sample and a weight gain test fabric into an industrial washing machine or a constant temperature water bath, adjusting a liquor ratio and a pH value, adding a certain amount of enzyme after a washing balance is reached, and then maintaining a certain temperature for 20 to 30 minutes; and 2) inactivation treatment: adding sodium carbonate to an enzyme treatment solution, adjusting the pH value to from 8 to 10, and then raising the temperature to from 75 to 100°C and maintaining the temperature for more than half an hour. The purely natural wash-fading process for a fabric comprising apocynum fibers and cotton fibers simultaneously considers the requirements of fabric coating, adhesive temperature, and speed, such that a coated fabric is stable, has moderate and easily controllable fastness, and has a purely natural effect after wash-fading.
