Abstract:
A wavelength conversion device and a manufacturing method therefor. The wavelength conversion device (10) comprises a transparent substrate (102); a light filtering film (103), wherein the light filtering film (103) is arranged on the transparent substrate (102), and excitation light penetrates through the light filtering film (103) and excited light is reflected by the light filtering film (103); and a light-emitting layer (101), wherein the light-emitting layer (101) is formed on the light filtering film (103) by sintering slurry, and the slurry comprises a glass material and fluorescent powder. By means of the wavelength conversion device (10), a glass material is used to encapsulate fluorescent powder, such that the stability of the luminous efficiency of the fluorescent powder is effectively maintained; and the light-emitting layer (101) is directly sintered on the transparent substrate (102) plated with the light filtering film (103), and the obtained wavelength conversion device (10) has a simple structure and high luminous efficiency and brightness.
