Abstract:
This wavelength selection filter comprises a laminated multiplayer film. The multilayer film includes n spacer parts (n is an integer of 1 or more) and (n+1) mirror parts. The spacer parts and the mirror parts are alternately arranged in a laminate direction. Each spacer part is a single layer having an optical film thickness that is the natural number times a half of a design wavelength. Each mirror part includes a plurality of first layers and a plurality of second layers having a higher refractive index than the first layers. The first layers and the second layers are alternately arranged in the laminate direction. The constituent material of the spacer parts and the constituent material of the mirror parts are different from each other.
