Abstract:
A photoelectric conversion device (10) outputs the result of photoelectric conversion of interference light iL obtained through interference in an interferometer (11) of wavelength-swept light Lx output from a wavelength-sweeping light source X. A signal processing device (20) sequentially calculates relative frequencies fr(t) indicating frequencies in relation to an interference signal i(t) obtained through the photoelectric conversion of the interference light iL and measures the difference between the maximum and minimum relative frequencies fr(t) as the swept frequency range Δf of the wavelength-swept light Lx. As a result, it is possible to highly accurately and precisely measure a profile relating to the wavelength-swept light Lx without being influenced by the sweeping speed of the wavelength-sweeping light source X.
