Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of plastic functionalization. Specifically disclosed are a wear-resistant and aging-resistant furniture plastic particle and a preparation method therefor. A nano inorganic powder, inorganic fibers and plant fibers are pre-dispersed into a liquid paraffin, and added to a second feeding port where polypropylene is completely melted, so as to increase the dispersibility and improve the wear resistance of the plastics. The good aging resistance and ductility of POE is utilized by pre-mixing same with an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorber to form a composite anti-aging agent, and when used in polypropylene mixing, the elasticity and ductility of POE allow the antioxidant and the ultraviolet absorber to be uniformly dispersed with polypropylene in a mixed material to form protection, which has a better dispersion effect when compared with directly adding an antioxidant and an ultraviolet absorber into polypropylene for dispersion. According to the present invention, by means of the reasonable combination of raw materials, pretreatment and the improvement of a feeding method, the plastic particles obtained are used for furniture with a good wear resistance and aging resistance, and can be used for manufacturing furniture directly by injection molding or by extrusion to form sheets.
