Abstract:
Disclosed is a wear-resistant polyurea coating. The polyurea coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises a polyisocyanate and polytetramethylene ether glycol, and the component B comprises an amine-terminated polyether, an amino chain extender, a composite wear-resistant filler and an anti-settling agent. The composite wear-resistant filler comprises nano alumina, a polytetrafluoroethylene powder, silicon carbide and a modified ceramic microsphere. The wear resistance of the wear-resistant polyurea coating is significantly superior to that of common polymer wear-resistant coatings.
