Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of new materials, and provides a wear-resistant and stable flame-retardant super-hydrophobic/super-oleophobic coating, and preparation and application thereof, comprising: taking a super-hydrophobic/super-oleophobic suspension as a top spraying solution; dispersing an epoxy resin in a solvent, adding a fluorinated curing agent and a flame retardant, and reacting to obtain a bottom spraying solution; and spraying the surface of a substrate with the bottom spraying solution, spraying the top spraying solution, and drying to obtain a double-layer wear-resistant super-hydrophobic flame-retardant coating, wherein the super-hydrophobic/super-oleophobic suspension contains multi-stage micro-nano-structure particles, the fluorinated curing agent and the fluorinated epoxy resin. The prepared single-layer coating and double-layer structure (BLC) are both hydrophobic and flame-retardant, and have good mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance.
