A wearable device, an intelligent household server, control methods therefor, and a control system of the intelligent household server. The wearable device (10) comprises: a gesture recognition module (101) which acquires feature data to be recognized of a wearer by means of a sensor, recognizes the current gesture of the wearer, and sends the gesture to a device configuration module (102); the device configuration module (102) which establishes, according to obtained information of household appliances, corresponding relationships between control commands for the household appliances and corresponding gestures, saves the corresponding relationships, searches, when receiving a gesture, for a household appliance and a control command matching the gesture according to the corresponding relationships, generates a control message according to matching information, and sends the control message to a wireless connection module (103); the wireless connection module (103) which receives the control message and wirelessly sends the control message to an intelligent household server (50, 81). By acquiring gestures of a wearer of a wearable device (10), states of household appliances are controlled according to the gestures, so that the interaction with the household appliances is convenient and the user experience is improved.
