Abstract:
A wearable fracture reduction and rehabilitation integrated robot, comprising a proximal ring (2), a distal ring (4), six active branch chains (3), an electric motor driving device (1) and a manual driving device (5), wherein the six active branch chains (3) are divided into two groups, and each active branch chain (3) is composed of a platform connecting sleeve (8), a sliding bearing (15), a bearing locking nut (9), a proximal hook hinge (10), a middle moving pair (11), a sleeve (12), a force sensor (13) and a distal hook hinge (14); and one end of each active branch chain (3) is connected to the proximal ring (2) by means of a connecting sleeve fixing member (16), the other end of each active branch chain is connected to the distal ring (4) by means of a nut, and each active branch chain (3) is connected to the driving device by means of a D-shaped shaft sleeve (25). The integrated robot has electric-manual dual-mode drive, and the active branch chains (3) can be quickly replaced during and after an operation; and the body structure has the characteristics of being light in weight and high in rigidity, has a compact layout, a light structure and a strong wearability, can achieve the integration of fracture reduction and rehabilitation, and can provide a hardware basis for achieving accurate minimally invasive, safe and controllable fracture treatment.
