Abstract:
A weaving process for a three-dimensional jacquard fabric and a three-dimensional jacquard fabric, the process comprising the following steps: designing a three-dimensional effect pattern that must be obtained from weaving, said three-dimensional effect pattern being a square continuous pattern; selecting the smallest unit pattern in the square continuous pattern; determining, on the basis of the smallest unit pattern, the number of heald frames, a means for threading yarn, and a means for lifting a heald; and repeatedly weaving warps and wefts that are made from a chemical fiber material to form a fabric. The fabric can present a three-dimensional effect and be pleasing to the eye and can be weaved by using a traditional two-dimensional loom without requiring new special equipment, thus costs are low. The fabric is high-strength and durable and is widely applicable to wall reinforcement for buildings, structural member production, industrial production and products for daily use.
