Abstract:
This weighing and supplying apparatus (1), which weighs and supplies a food product ingredient, comprises a transport device (2) that includes an endless turnable transport member (2A), a weighing container formation device (3) configured to form a recess (2L) in the transport member during turning of the transport member, and a drive device (5) that causes the transport member to turn. The weighing container formation device includes side members (5A, 13B) positioned on both sides of the recess, and is configured to form a weighing container (8) from the recess and the side members on both sides. The weighing and supplying apparatus furthermore comprises a filling and weighing device (4) that fills the weighing container with the food product ingredient, the food product ingredient being supplied from the transport member after having filled the weighing container.
