Abstract:
A weight measuring method for a washing machine, and a washing machine. The method comprises: after washing starts, a control unit determining whether a washing duration has reached a preset duration, and if so, determining a laundry weight according to a pre-determined weight measuring algorithm, and if not, determining a water level, and performing weight measuring calculation when the water level and the washing duration both reach pre-determined criteria. The invention adopts the weight measuring algorithm to perform fuzzy determination of a laundry weight without increasing costs of additional sensors or other hardware, and is applicable to washing machines using an ordinary universal motor, thereby providing wide applicability, and realizing automatic sensing of a laundry weight by means of a software algorithm.
