Abstract:
Disclosed is a weighted ball comprising a finger stimulating member. The weighted ball according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body of a spherical shape that can be held in the palm of a hand, wherein a soft material is formed on the outer surface of the main body; a finger insertion hole recessed by a predetermined depth from the outside to inside of the main body and having a structure into which a finger can be inserted; a weighted member mounted within the main body or on one side of the main body, disposed in a position that the palm touches, and having a predetermined weight; and a finger stimulating member mounted inside the finger insertion hole and stimulating the tip of the finger or the skin surface of the finger.
