Abstract:
Disclosed is a weld seam flaw detection auxiliary device, comprising a clamping mechanism and a sliding mechanism for driving a probe to slide along a weld seam for detection, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises two semi-annular hoops, the two hoops being located at the periphery of a pipeline to be subjected to detection, the ends of the two hoops being fixed to each other, a plurality of threaded columns being evenly distributed on the inner surface of the hoop in the circumferential direction of the pipeline, the threaded columns being connected to threaded pipes, and the threaded pipes being rotationally connected to abutting plates; and the sliding mechanism comprises a connecting frame, an adjusting rod and an adjusting pipe, the outer surface of the hoop being concaved inwards in the circumferential direction to form a guide groove, and the connecting frame being provided with a guide protrusion matching the guide groove, such that the connecting frame slides in the circumferential direction of the pipeline. The auxiliary device of the present utility model facilitates the detection of a weld seam on the pipeline, prevents the probe from deviating during a movement process, ensures the relative position between the probe and the weld seam, and ensures the accuracy of detection.
