A welding seam detection and positioning fixture, comprising a substrate (1), a clamping mechanism (2) and a positioning mechanism (3), wherein the clamping mechanism and the positioning mechanism are both installed on the substrate; the clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping jaw (21), a second clamping jaw (22) and a clamping drive mechanism that drives the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to approach each other, a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft are provided between the two clamping jaws, the first transmission shaft comprises a first transmission tube (24) and a first transmission rod (25), the first transmission tube is sleeved on the first transmission rod, and the first transmission tube and the first transmission rod stop rotating relative to each other, the first transmission tube is fixed to the first clamping jaw, and the first transmission rod is fixed to the second clamping jaw. The fixture is clamped at the detection place, which is advantageous for a flaw detection head to perform detection, ensures the distance between the flaw detection head and a welding seam to be detected, and ensures the reliability of the detection.
