Abstract:
A welding system of web in which accuracy of welding position and quality of welding part are enhanced. The welding system comprises an ultrasonic welding set for welding webs W to each other while carrying a plurality of webs W. The ultrasonic welding set comprises an anvil roller (10) having a pair of anvils (11, 12), and first and second horns (21, 22) cooperating with the pair of anvils (11, 12) to apply vibration energy to the webs W. The pair of anvils (11, 12) are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis O of the anvil roller (10). With the pair of anvils (11, 12) respectively facing the respective first and second horns (21, 22), the pain of horns (21, 22) apply vibration energy simultaneously to the web W.
